I’ve had three of them in the last two months. This pair is passed the 15 days I had to return to Best Buy. I’ve written to Shokz and asked for warranty and I’m still awaiting their response. Each time they stop charging this time one charges sometimes the other not at all I’ve cleaned it like they say too, but it does no good. It appears that this is a normal complaint. I’m sorry that I spent the money on these as they should’ve stuck with what I had before again still awaiting the warranty claim.
