One of purchase and the sound quality connectivity are perfect. However, the right ear stopped working about 2 days ago. Now I feel so stupid for not getting a warranty

Didn’t last but 7 months!

Lived them, but the left ear piece went out 2 weeks ago. It started puttinng out a crackly sound. Unacceptable! I had to by another unit, another brand!

Unfortunately the one size fits all approach falls flat. I apparently have above average ears so the speaker does not quite reach my ears (per the quick start menu) so the music sounds like its far away being broadcast through a tin can.

It hooks onto your ear and the speaker on the headphone sits nicely over the opening in your ear canal. It was probably just me but after a while my tragus would be sore. Paired super easily and charges fast.
