Do not fit well and can barely hear sound at max volume. Tried adjusting the ear pieces but nothing seems to help. Love the idea of open earbuds but design seems to fall short for me. Not able to return since over 7 days so stuck with them.

We highly recommend ensuring that the most recent firmware version has been updated via the Shokz app for the best experience with your OpenFit Air. There is also a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it. Lived them, but the left ear piece went out 2 weeks ago. It started puttinng out a crackly sound. Unacceptable! I had to by another unit, another brand!

Unfortunately the one size fits all approach falls flat. I apparently have above average ears so the speaker does not quite reach my ears (per the quick start menu) so the music sounds like its far away being broadcast through a tin can.

It hooks onto your ear and the speaker on the headphone sits nicely over the opening in your ear canal. It was probably just me but after a while my tragus would be sore. Paired super easily and charges fast.

Additionally, I thought I would like to having an openfit earbud but the sound was not good and it was hard to adjust to this product. It may work for someone else but not me.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The pair I jumped through Best Buy hoops to exchange are not working in 3 weeks. 1- The charger doesn't hold a charge 2- when the ear bud drops to 60% you can hear the person you are on the phone with, but they can't hear you. 3- when it drops to 25-30% they turn off. These headphones stopped working after about 4 months, and even though when I bought them all 3 colors were on sale for the same price, Best Buy would not let me exchange for a different color. I had to PAY for a new pair, RETURN the pair, and ONLY then would the honor their warranty plan I PAY for yearly. Now I see that they have marked that the 24 months protection is CANCELED since I had to return defective earbuds I had owned LESS than 6 months! THE :NEW" ones, I have owned for about 3 weeks are having the EXACT same issues. I don't know it is the these particular Shokz OpenFit or the 'special blue best buy' edition.
