I use them for work, mostly, they don't fall out or bother my ears very much like most tradition "in the ear" earbuds. I am still figuring out the app for them, but it is nice to have extra control over the sound and everything.

Sound quality is good. I wear glasses so it takes a minute to line both up on the ears. But that will get better with time. Still love them!!

Comfort-wise, these are great—I could wear them all day without any pain, and the open-ear design is ergonomic. The downsides: Bluetooth pairing is finicky and unreliable, and after only six months the case and earbuds stopped charging altogether. Not sure if it’s the case or the headphones themselves, but either way they’re unusable now. For the price, I expected better durability.

Posted .Hi Brock - Shokz here! We're sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your OpenFit Air. In this case, we'd suggest a manual reset of the headphones. If the reset doesn't resolve the issues, all Shokz come with a 2-year warranty.
We also recommend ensuring that the latest firmware version has been updated via the Shokz app for the best experience with your Shokz.
There is also a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it.
