They're not that comfortable, I wear glasses (even while running), and I haven't found an easy way to get them on... I usually have to use both hands to manipulate around my ear. When I had the volume controls from the app on the earpieces, at times it would descrease the volume on it's on... I kept reading to see if I could find an explanation and found none. Finally I resolved this to mean that when I hit max volume (but I'm not aware) and tap it again.. it engages a volume decrease to 0...?? Anyway it's annoying. I should have waited and got the bose. Other than that when I run with the commands off on the ear pieces for volume, only using the double tap to skip or pause/play songs my ear ends up feeling a little sore if I use those features during longer runs. I'm petite at 5ft tall ... so maybe they're not a good fit for me. ?? My 2 ¢

When I paired them to my phone (iPhone 13 ProMax), they were okay but nothing like in the store. After wearing them for a few work outs the sound quality is horrible. I feel like I wasted my money and would not recommend these at all

We highly recommend ensuring that the latest firmware version has been updated via the Shokz app for the best experience. We then ask that you reset your OpenFit Air. To factory reset your Shokz OpenFit Air, place both earbuds into the charging case, leaving it open. Press and hold the touch area on both earbuds simultaneously for 15 seconds; the case indicator will flash orange for 5 seconds and then turn off, confirming the reset is complete.
There is also a phone setting that may resolve any low volume issues.
1. Turn Off Volume Limit Settings
For iPhone: Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety, switch off the Reduce Loud Audio feature.
For Samsung: Go to Settings > Sounds and Vibration > Volume, click More, and turn off Media Volume Limit.
For other Android phones: Go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphones and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for them.

I returned them after a couple of days. The concept still applies, the sound is just fine, but they fall off the ear easily.
