Just “hannging sround”. The fit wasn’t for me. Ill stick with the original shockz.

Ideally I don’t think they’d work for anyone that goes to a gym and wants quiet. It’s to loud. they’d be better for someone who bikes or goes on jogs.

Posted .Hi there- Shokz here! We're very sorry to hear this has been your experience. We recommend disabling the "Double Tap" or "Press and Hold" function for skipping tracks while running in cold weather.
Open the Shokz App and navigate to "Customize Controls."
Set to "No Action": Set the single touch to "no action" and customize the double/triple touch to something less sensitive, or set them to "none" entirely during winter runs.
Disable "Continuous Volume Adjustment": For the OpenFit Air, turn off "Continuous Volume Adjustment" in the app to prevent accidental volume spikes caused by fabric brushing the sensors. Please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team if you have any questions. Thank you!
