Only regret is not being able to connect to a work cell and personal cell at the same time. Overall, a good set of ear phones that don't hurt the ears.

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i've had these for quite a while. while i enjoy the sound and the ability to hear surrounding clearly without using software passthrough; the devices just die in their case. half of the time i go to use these they're dead because they never shut off in the case. so not only are the ear buds dead but the case is dead as well. i've already had them replaced once for free but the new ones do the exact same thing. i've tried to move them around in the case and such and sometimes it just doesn't matter how they're in there they just don't disconnect and turn off. other than that i love these. if they ever update and fix i'll change my review.

Please make sure the charging box contacts and headphones contacts are clean and dry. (If the contacts are dirty, it will affect the connection. You can use a dry cotton swab to wipe the contacts).
