I love this product. The audio to me is on par with other ear buds that I had. I especially love that I don't have to plug anything in my ears. They are so comfortable to wear. At times I even forget that I have on the Shokz. I would buy them again for sure.

Needed to replace my Jaybird Vista 2’s that would no longer pair up to my iPhone. I needed headphones that are fully waterproof and wireless. These were pretty much the only option. They were easy to set up and have their own app to customize. The fit is pretty good and the sound quality is good as well. They have not fallen off when mountain biking and are holding up to the sweat ans moisture. Battery life could be a little bit better but they will definitely last a whole workout and then some. I think they’re a good choicd and would recommend them.

Does not provide an uninterrupted connection for TV audio. Bluetooth signal is constantly lost, and the TV cannot reconnect to the earbuds. After numerous attempts to re-establish the Bluetooth connection - I had to return the unit to Best Buy for a full refund. The comfort and sound quality when the connection was working is outstanding. Disappointed that I was not able to figure out the connection problem.

I got these for my wife for a combination birthday and mother's day gift. She isn't able to wear earbuds as they cause pain inside her ear canal after about 20 minutes. These sit right on top of the ear canal and don't cause pain at all. She loves that you can hear what's going on around her, but still hear the music perfectly fine. They are super comfortable and she tends to forget that they are even there.

Live these earbuds. Sound is great and comfort is amazing

Excellent sound quality and comfort. I wanted to upgrade my earbuds to Open Ear style to be able to hear my surrounding while at work and walking. I was concerned that they wouldn't work due to the face I wear glasses, but I have not had any issues. They are more comfortable than traditional earbuds and the sound quality is excellent.

I like the ear buds. Nothing in my ear. I can hear them well. They are not heavy on my ears.

When I originally seen that these headphones at launched, I was very unsure of what to think. I was quickly proven wrong in regards to any concerns that I had after using these for about a week. They work better than expected, and are very comfortable to wear for a long period of time. Audio is clear and understandable for a large variety of different music, genres and podcasts. I am very excited to be able to use these more often at work as we are required to not have covered ears for safety reasons, and these are permitted due to the ear canal still being open.

This was on a deal when I bought this as a gift to a friend. I personally used another one which I loved it. And guess what, my friend thanks me a lot for gifting him this as this is his favorite now. Stopped using airpods he says. Great fit in the ears, awesome sound & easy to connect.

Great open fit earbuds. Great sound and comfort. Especially when used at gym during training. I was getting issues with any buds inserted into ear. The open design makes a difference. Sounds is good. Miss the bass, but by adjusting the Equalizer on App sounds great. Highly recommend if you have issues with any buds in the ear. The open fit design has made it better for ears.

I love these headphones. They are great for running, strength training, or really anything. They don't go in your ears so you can wear them as long as you want and they wont hurt your ears. The sound quality is comparable to the airpod pros I had before

I had the original Shokz and always thought how much better they'd be without the next band. As soon as I saw them released I was ecstatic but thought there had to be something lost with the new design. To my surprise these things are even better in every way! I've managed to have 3 other people switch to them from their regular Shokz since I got mine. They're lightweight with great sound and now I can listen while laying down in bed. The charging case is a definite added bonus.

These sound great and they are really comfortable to wear. They are not noise-blocking, but I prefer to still be able to hear my surrounding. Great for walking.

When I first got them, setup was easy and they really were the most comfortable headsets I have ever owned. They never fell off even during basketball and I could have them on for hours without even feeling I had them on. This was exaclty what I was looking for. The sound quality on voice calls was normal, the other person would hear me clearly without background noise and I could hear them just fine. Overall I had an amazing exerience…. Initially. Then after a week they stopped connecting correctly and I would constantly need to reconnect them everytime I needed to use them. You can’t adjust the volume on them without sacrificing another command because there is only 2 commands you are able to program at any given time. If you’re looking for headsets to primarily make phone calls and not have to put them away because of discomfort… these are the best. If you want something for music or sound quality, look somewhere else. I would have kept them if I didn’t have to deal with the connection problems but that is a HUGE problem I don’t have patience to deal with all day. When they fix that, I will buy them again.
