My favorite headphones. Don’t hurt my ears. Situational awareness and ambient background sound still comes through. Perfect for office use. The phone usage is crystal clear.

Exceeded my expectations. More bass than the open run Shokz I replaced. Decent support app allows for changing button functions and equalizer settings. Still love that I can listen and have a conversation at the same time.

I like the device. The charge is short and last longer. The volume is great and the sound is great as well

I Love these earbuds! They have a great sound and when you put them on, they disappear into your ear. They're very comfortable and you don't have to worry about them popping out of your ear, like my previous Galaxy buds did a few weeks ago. I highly recommend!

Very comfortable and the sound quality is good. Only issue is that I wish speaker portion could reach a little further in the ear. It would make it easier to hear the audio in louder environments.

I have a set and my has a set of Ipen Run and I decided to by these so now i use bith for cycling and walking and absolutely love tge siund quality and the fit. They beat the 2nd generation of AirPod hands down.

The sound is great. Its very comfortable to wear for hours. Fits well, stays put while active, does not move. Battery life is good enough to get me through an 8 hr shift with moderate use. Hoping for some updates in app for locating lost/misplaced.

I didn’t think I would like these the sound is clear easy to pair you don’t have to keep them charging will last a full work shift if you use one at a time

I love them. I always had a hard time keeping the individual ear buds in but these are so convenient and I never have to fear losing one. battery life easily last 4hour calls, probably even longer.

Great sound! I have tiny ear holes and regular headphones fall out of my ears. These are comfy and stay on! They do not go into your ears, just in front of. You have to download their app but connect immediately to phone AND MACBOOK

Would give zero stars if possible. Bought mid March 2024. Right earbud was crackly and felt like intermittent micro-zaps being delivered to my ear, which became progressively more frequent, and then, within 3 months it mostly stopped connecting/delivering sound. I didn't have time to deal with this, so just used the left one for a few more months. But in August 2024 I started trying to contact Shokz to see if they'd help. Terrible experience. "2 year warranty?" So far it's been a 3-month run-around of endless/useless email exchanges with "Leslie." But lo! Last el i received a Welcome email from "May" who is a "Customer Happiness-Maker" and suggests I long press both earbuds simultaneously, or, if that doesn't work, try resetting both the Shokz set, and my phone that I'm pairing them with! Shall I have another go round? Or just go to work and save up for another $200 earbud set, that might, HOPEFULLY, actually WORK?! Next one sure won't be made by Shokz!!!!

Very light in the ears, hardly feel them. They stay comfortably on when running or exercising. They sound the same as other Shocks products. Plus you don’t feel the squeeze on the back of your head as you do with other earpieces

The connection is not always reliable but the are very comfortable. I often forgot they were on but they did not always stay connected to my phone. At times they would cut out.

My experience has always been satisfactory, both online and in-store. I've had easy access to the information I needed and received excellent customer service. They are responsible and efficient when it comes to product warranties. Thank you for the great service.

A big improvement over the Shokz wrap around bone conducting earbuds. Much better fit. Decent sound without interfering with background . Once its paired , it connect to bluetooth automatically when out on and disconnect automatically when removed.

I originally had the Shokz that wrap around my head and lost them. I opted for this pair and the sound it great. I did encounter an issue with them after 4-months. One of the speakers on in the left headphone stopped working so I could not use them to talk on the phone. I submitted warranty claim and a new pair was sent out. Customer service was awesome!

Fits over ear canal not in the canal so no wearing fatigue as it's extremely comfortable. Sound is good with some bass. Perfect for outdoor wear that keeps you aware of your surroundings and for inside wear when you wnat to be able to hear what others are saying

I love the sound quality and comfort. My ear opening is sort of small and I found the other options that fit in the ear to be painful. The sound quality is great. I can hear all of the different instruments and vocals.

Love them. Wear all day on work calls and forget they are there. I have two pair I like then so much
