I love the idea of these headphones but there are too many issues. Mainly, the left ear has very diminished sound. Right ear is louder so stereo sounds doesn’t work. This happened within 4 months of purchase. Second major technical issue is the touch controls, they vary too much. Sometimes the lightest accidental touch will hang up a call or stop whatever I’ll listening to other times I have to practically slap myself against the head to get them to respond. I knew these wouldn’t be bone conduction but had liked the idea of the open ear, but it didn’t work well in real life. It blocks the ear canal so can’t hear outside noise clearly, to be expected, but when you are listening to something you can’t hear it well either if there is anything going on around you. End result, you can’t clearly hear either what’s playing or what’s going on around you. I could see this as dangerous for someone walking/running in a noisy environment. Shopping environment doesn’t work well either. Long story short, I have a very limited area where these are useful.

Love these as I work outside and while I’m doing survey work I can listen to music. They are secure n light weight They hold a good charge all day long.

I wear these for long periods of time while working. There is some ear fatigue after wearing them as long as I do. At least for me personally but I can live with it. The sound is good. There is some sound leakage if I turn the volume up too loud so I'm careful about that. The battery life doesn't last me the whole day but I wear them longer than most people probably do so I'm ok with it. After a quick charge in the case it's all good. overall I would recommend these. I listen to lots of music and these were a good fit for me.

The difference in ear comfort is unbelievable. The sound is spacial and full, and very easy to set up and use. Highly recommended.

These are very comfortable, have great sound, and allow you to easily still hear what’s happening around you if necessary. These are my favorite pair of headphones now!

Sound quality is great. Comfort is there. My only complaint is they don’t seem to last a long time. My Beats lasted all day and was hoping these would do the same.

[Employee of bestbuy]  I have been in charge of great headphones for a while not a fan of something inside my ear, but I also wanted something that’s super small and compact that wont accidentally fall off they seem to do the job of it all they don’t cover up your ear. There’s leak stay wrapped on here. In fact, I wore the other day all day and not even realize I had them on. Loved it highly recommended. Also, the Puell were two phones simultaneously now I can use my work and personal phone with the same headphones and not have to worry about connecting Bluetooth each time highly recommended

They are light and the wings are bendable so they can conform easily to any ear. The dual speakers make them loud without being shoved into your ear. Awesome product

Very comfortable to wear and sound quality is excellent. Much better than the in-ear buds I had previously and no problems with them staying on securely

Had these Shokz for over a month. Love them! Wish I'd ordered sooner. Super comfortable, sound is great! No complaints at all! Highly recommend!

It has wonderful sound quality and easy to sync with phone. Just wish it could be made of slightly softer material as it still hurts your ears after wearing it for a while.

I like these more than any others. They fit my ear perfectly. They don’t cause my ear to sweat or or cause any discomfort while using them.

I gave this 3 stars, because they were easy to set up, fight nice over the ears without any pain and I wear glasses. The sound quality was decent, the only thing is these are not noise cancelling. So if you don’t mind not having that feature, then these are a great choice!

These Open Ear Shokz work as expected. Have had the Jabra on ear ones for many years. So I'm used to the form factor. Do wish they were a litter more form fitting. Everything else is very good. You hardly know that You have them in. They seem to be one step above inner ear buds with utilizing ambient noise levels. Yes, I would recommend these for anyone that hates the inner ear thang like me.

I originally had the Shokz that wrap around my head and lost them. I opted for this pair and the sound it great. I did encounter an issue with them after 4-months. One of the speakers on in the left headphone stopped working so I could not use them to talk on the phone. I submitted warranty claim and a new pair was sent out. Customer service was awesome!

Great headphone with good sound quality. It took a little while for me to get use to them around my ear but otherwise good product.

I love it. very comfortable. I can hear everything and take a call at the same time. I use it for work, excercise and personal calls.
