Unfortunately, my experience with these headphones has been extremely disappointing. Within just two weeks of use, the right earbud began experiencing significant volume fluctuations, randomly becoming too loud or too quiet. Despite attempting various troubleshooting measures, such as cleaning the earbuds, adjusting the EQ settings, and even resetting my phone, the issue persisted. The left earbud has ceased functioning altogether, despite never being used at excessive volumes. The constant and unpredictable volume changes make these headphones unsuitable for any activity requiring consistent audio levels. While they offer a reasonable level of comfort initially, prolonged wear can lead to ear discomfort. As such, I cannot recommend these headphones based on my experience. If not for the relative comfort they provide, they would undoubtedly warrant a one-star rating. However, their limited wearability restricts their usefulness to brief exercise sessions or quick jogs.

I love the idea of these headphones but there are too many issues. Mainly, the left ear has very diminished sound. Right ear is louder so stereo sounds doesn’t work. This happened within 4 months of purchase. Second major technical issue is the touch controls, they vary too much. Sometimes the lightest accidental touch will hang up a call or stop whatever I’ll listening to other times I have to practically slap myself against the head to get them to respond. I knew these wouldn’t be bone conduction but had liked the idea of the open ear, but it didn’t work well in real life. It blocks the ear canal so can’t hear outside noise clearly, to be expected, but when you are listening to something you can’t hear it well either if there is anything going on around you. End result, you can’t clearly hear either what’s playing or what’s going on around you. I could see this as dangerous for someone walking/running in a noisy environment. Shopping environment doesn’t work well either. Long story short, I have a very limited area where these are useful.

Overall better sound than other bone conducting headphones. Pretty good fit. Most of the time the microphone sounds good to the other person. I wish the case was qi wireless charging

No noises canceling. Comfortable and battery life is like 6 hours. I love them but the touch to pause doesnt work.

Great sound quality although the bass is what you might expect from an open ear small earphone. They are very comfortable and become easily forgettable that they are there.

These a descent sound. I'm able to still hear cars and people while walking. The touch is not that great. I haven't figured out what I'm doing wrong yet.

My husband purchased a pair for himself and then for me. Love love love them. Very comfortable on the ears with no problems with hearing your surrounding if needed.

I got these because my ears get irritated easily so the fact they have such good sound quality while not having to sit inside of the ear is amazing. The only reason i give a 4 out of 5 is because they dont have an off button so they stay on while charging from what ive noticed which in my opinion causes the battery to die much faster then it should. They should really consider adding some kind of button to shut them off while they are charging. But other then that they are comfrotable and stay on very well.

Love that they don’t go inside your ear and you can hear if someone talks to you without having to take them off

These are by far the best true wireless earbuds!! I can wear them and they don't bother my ears because it sits around the ear and the sound is absolutely amazing!!

I gave this 3 stars, because they were easy to set up, fight nice over the ears without any pain and I wear glasses. The sound quality was decent, the only thing is these are not noise cancelling. So if you don’t mind not having that feature, then these are a great choice!

Great quality, super light. No complaints about this headset. They sound clear and dont cover the ear, so you can still mind your sorroundings.

The difference in ear comfort is unbelievable. The sound is spacial and full, and very easy to set up and use. Highly recommended.

I wear these for long periods of time while working. There is some ear fatigue after wearing them as long as I do. At least for me personally but I can live with it. The sound is good. There is some sound leakage if I turn the volume up too loud so I'm careful about that. The battery life doesn't last me the whole day but I wear them longer than most people probably do so I'm ok with it. After a quick charge in the case it's all good. overall I would recommend these. I listen to lots of music and these were a good fit for me.

These Open Ear Shokz work as expected. Have had the Jabra on ear ones for many years. So I'm used to the form factor. Do wish they were a litter more form fitting. Everything else is very good. You hardly know that You have them in. They seem to be one step above inner ear buds with utilizing ambient noise levels. Yes, I would recommend these for anyone that hates the inner ear thang like me.

The earphones were better than expected. My experience was amazing with the product and the audio quality was crisp and clear. The earphones helped with day to day activities from listening to music and answering calls on the go. I would recommend this product to other people and also telling them my overall experience with it.

Love these as I work outside and while I’m doing survey work I can listen to music. They are secure n light weight They hold a good charge all day long.
