The only annoying issue is the connectivity. Apple makes sure you rely on their products. The connectivity is spotty. You will be in the middle of a conversation and the earphone disconnects from the phone.

Being a runner I love these ear buds! I can still hear any traffic/people around me and they don’t move :)

I Loved them at first as the fit was perfect but then it lost connection to my phone and I was never able to re-connecct it to my phone.

They are very comfortable and they completely block out any outside noise. The down side is that if others are withing a foot away they hear the music being played or the conversation being had. However if some one is that close you probably have bigger issues.

Very pleased with my purchase. I was afraid they would fall off my ear. They have fallen a few times but that is due to me trying to put my hair behind my ears. They have great sound quality, I think, and when using them to talk to others the person does not have issues hearing me.

I am in love with these, have been using this brand for a couple years now and with this style I can even lay down without any change to sound quality. So glad they have them available at Best Buy.

I only listen to audiobooks with these earbuds. The sound is ok for that. But the aggravating part (which is true for every Open Shotz product) is that you have to pair the buds EVERY time you use them. I use them only on 2 Apple IPods, but i have to re-pair them when I change to the previous iPod that I use them on every day when one iPod runs out of power. I have 3 different brands of Bluetooth speakers that I use. 2 JBLs and several Apple. I have several speakers/earbuds I use with these speakers. All remember the previous speaker, except for 2 Shotz brands. I have to re-pair the Shotz every time. Last time I buy a Shotz? You betcha.

I work in the medical field and these earbuds are absolutely amazing. They allow me to talk with my patient via tele-health and still hear what is in the surrounding area. This is perfect for our safety and privacy. Highly recommend.

I wanted them because my ears get sore from pods in them. Solved that problem and sound great.

I enjoy them. They are lightweight so I sometimes just wear them all day. Also, with the open ear design I don't have to worry about wearing them in public.

Love this product so much that i have purched 3 for my family.

So far, I really love these earbuds. I love the way they fit around my ear, so many other ones would not stay in my ear and would fall out these since they hook around my ear I like so much better.

Although they do what they are intended for (they great). I wish they had different design. To be able to click in and out of ear canal for better audio. The other within the app being able to turn off the touch sensors cause on my bike helmet straps set them off and

I wear mine all day at work for about 10 hours. I love them out of any i have owned . U can hear others and they do not hurt your ears

This is the first time using open ear earbuds. The sound quality is good and it is easy to use. One thing to note is that unlike Bose or Jabra in-ear earbuds, the device will not pause audio when removed from the ear.

These unfortunately don't fit me too well. My ear may be too small. I found myself readjusting them quite a bit. However they are very comfortable and you hardly notice they're there. I would still recommend these if you have bigger ears.
