    I have had these headphones a while now and earbuds always made my ears hurt these headphone changed that for me also witout giving up sound quality loves these and so do my kids

    Very comfortable. Needed to use app to customize settings. Audio can be heard by others as these are more like speakers than headphones. Bass can be a lot better

    So far I haven't had a problem. These are the most comfortable ear buds I've ever had. They dont hurt my ears no matter how long i wear them nor do I have worry about wax build up from being inside my ear canal.

    I am giving 4 star for this product. It is very comfortable to use and no ear discomfort. I didn't give 5 because in noisy areas you can't able to listen music. If you work in warehouses or noisy place, that's not for you.

    Thhe sound is amazing. The distance of connection from my phone was incredible. The only thing I didn't like was I couldn't adjust the ear piece for my very small child size ears

    Great product. Unfortunately, I lost the charging case in an Uber (but had both headphones) but there is no option to purchase any other charging case or suitable device to charge. Needless to say, bought another pair.
