    Great product. Unfortunately, I lost the charging case in an Uber (but had both headphones) but there is no option to purchase any other charging case or suitable device to charge. Needless to say, bought another pair.

    sound quality is excellent. If I had any issues, it would be that one side doesn't sit on my ear like I would like it to. However, it could just mean that I have an oddly shaped head. :)

    Very comfortable. I forget I’m wearing them sometimes. Have an issue sometimes finding the button to start book or answer calls but that is the only downfall as of now.

    Stopped having problems in my ear canal with this. While not as loud as ear buds, they do provide good audio, and are nice vs having something in your ears.
