First off, when I got the earbuds, there was one missing in the case. I returned it to Best Buy. But I borrowed a friend's earbuds and I loved them... Up until I lost one. One big flaw I see with these earbuds is that unlike Samsung's Galaxy Bud line that has "find my bud" where it'll make the earbuds " chirp" to help you find it in case it rolled under something. If Shokz can add that feature or something along those lines, I'd definitely give it 5 stars.

I now know why, within a month of buying them, each pair malfunctioned and no longer worked properly. I was very disappointed because I love the open ear concept since I'm a runner. I am so pleased to be able to now report that in my search for similar, the Shokz OpenFit Open Ear Buds sure seem to surpass the Bose product. I have perspired on them, worn them for long periods of time up to 2 hours and they still work like a charm. Bose who?

With the recently added feature of MultiPoint pairing, it works well with my phone and PC at work for Teams calls. With the open-ear style, if someone walks up to my desk, I don't have to take the headphones out to speak to them.
