Extremely Disappointed

Firstly, the sound quality is terrible for anything other than basic voice. Even with the bass levels turned all the way down, there is pronounced distortion, almost as if the speakers are torn. Secondly, the app does not allow for updates and I am stuck in a loop with the Shokz company and cannot get any resolution. I am grudgingly going to keep these for use with for phone calls and podcasts, but, am consistently irritated with the horrid bass response and low volume quality.
