I have tube issues where most AirPods/earbuds hurt my ears. These fit amazing and do not cause any pain in my ears! They also work well with my daith piercings in both ears! I can hear my calls clearly, still hear my kids, and they don’t fall off! I am so happy I decided to purchase these! I also love that I can customize the buttons to fit my preferences

Best Compact Open Ear Design and Sound Quality

I like the overall feel of them, it's a nice soft silicone. Sound quality is excellent for both music and calls. I do wish the design could be a bit more form fitting as they can get displaced when I'm physically active. I do have smaller ears. They're also very easy to accidentally disconnect when on a call. I often accidentally hit the disconnect button which is only a pause button when listening to music, but will disconnect my phone from them when on a call. So then I have to turn my Bluetooth off and back on to get them to reconnect. Overall worth the price and I don't regret buying them. Best choice I've found for someone who doesn't like the bulkier look of the bone conductors that have the strap around the back, when you still want to be able to hear your surroundings. I also prefer these as they have the portable charging case.

    The best Ive ever had

I’ve had the Open run for over a year and I honestly had no issues with them and I’d forget they were on. I work in construction sites with hard hats and all and don’t really use these for hearing music but mostly for phone conversations. The microphone was no good as sometimes people couldn’t hear what I was saying. These open fits on the other hand are great. Music does sound bettter as well and the best part if you have the app you can set up for two phones at the same time. If I have one ear bud on my ear I’d hear a ping notification from either my personal phone or work phone. That’s a huge deal in a loud jobsite. These are basically perfect in my eyes as I am prone to a lot of ear infections and don’t want anymore foreign objects in my ear. I’d give it 10 start if I could.

I have multiple buds but they all fit inside the ear so I can't wear them for long. I have over the ear with noise canceling for flying or very noisey environments. The Shokz are the best I have found for everyday and all day wearing. I sometimes forget I have them on which is the best recommendation. And why I brought them. But not for airtravel or where you need noise canceling.

FINALLY A PAIR OF EAR BUDS SHE LOVES!!

As the self appointed techie in the family I’ve purchased a wide selection of expensive buds for my wife. They have either been too cumbersome to put in her purse(Shokx wrap-around) or hurt her ears when inserted for a long period of time(Apple,Beats etc.). I saw these and spent a fair amount of time watching the U- tube videos. The choice was betwen the clamp on Bose and the Shokz over the ear. The Bose reviews had too many phone call issues so I ran toBest Buy to purchase a set of Shokz. I decided to unbox them and try them first. I was amazed by their comfort, simple controls (customized by user) and phone call quality. Off to Best Buy again……I kept the first pair for myself and bought a second pair to give to her for Christmas unboxed. How does she like them? Yesterday she left them in all day while working around the house!!! Home run!! How do I like them? I’ m typing this out on my ipad while watching the news and listening to Ferde Groffes Grand Canyon Suite in the backgound on my iphone…,multipoint connection is a kick!

    Apple Watch connectivity issues

I have tested out the Shokz OpenFit for over a week and I can say they are great if you run with your phone. The open ear concept is great for runs out doors where you want to make sure you are able to hear your surroundings. The materials on the OpenFit are soft, bendy, comfortable, and have touch sensitive controls. I have issues with earbuds falling out during runs and I did not have that issue with the OpenFits, since the over ear hooks kept them in place. One thing to note is that the OpenFits DO NOT use bone conduction technology, instead they use air conduction technology which I found to be not as effective as bone conduction. The carrying case is good and uses a USB C charging cable. The OpenFits snap into place in their protective charging/carrying case. I went on 10 runs so far with the OpenFits and I found that I had no issues listening to music when I was carrying my phone, however when I ran with my Apple Watch and tried listening to my running playlist (that is downloaded to the Apple Watch) the OpenFits stopped playing music half way through my run. In fact, my songs would randomly stop without any input from mm on the touch sensitive OpenFits. I thought this issue might be a fluke, but I ran three separate times while only wearing my Apple Watch and had the same connectivity issue with the OpenFits. The entire reason I wanted the OpenFits is to run with my smart watch, not my phone. If I didn’t have consistent issues I would rate these a 5, but the connectivity issue kept breaking my stride when going on a 30 minute run.

In-ear sound without the in-ear feel. Amazing!

I have pretty exclusively leaned toward in ear buds for music if I'm wanting to listen in public or when doing things like hiking or or yard work, for a couple of reasons. One is because while I do prefer over ear headphones for just a superior sound, buds are just more out of the way, lighter, and just more comfortable. The other reason for the in-ear style is because buds that don't offer a seal are often really disappointing, the sound feels distant and weak, low frequencies just don't reach the head as well, and because the drivers in buds are necessarily small, a lack of seal just misses for me. Since I often use them in public though, I've had to rely on a pass through technique to stay safe and attentive. Some do it well, some don't, but none are truly perfect sounding. So I tried these Shokz openfit buds because they promise true quality sound while sort of just hovering above the ear holes. OK. I was skeptical. I put them on, because they have a loop that wraps around your ear like a pair of glasses, which side note, is nice for active situations. The initial feel felt weird. These things felt like they were just sort of hanging over my ears. Like two speakers sitting right in front of them. Nothing inserted, surrounding sounds were clear and normal. Hmm. I had paired them with my phone before, really easy by the way, so I was ready to go. I did download the companion app and the buds had a firmware update right out of the box. I actually appreciate that. It's progress. I got that installed and brought up my music app. Just picked something with a beat because I wanted to see how weak these would be. Music starts and I couldn't believe it. It sounded like they were in-ear, the beat was right there, not at all weak, and to top it off, the app has a fully customizable eq, which meant I could adjust. Here I was feeling comfy with no buds in my ears, clean and intense sound playing for me, and I was able to hear the world around me naturally. Totally blown away. For the times where I need that surrounding noise, these fit right in. These are perfect alternatives to in-ear, and I can see myself rocking both these and my in-ear pairs on trips and activities.

I had the Aftershokz Aeropex Mini which the only negative was the piece that went around the back of my head. So I decided to try the OpenFit. I really like these. The only negative is they lack some of the functions that the Aeropex has. I do t have any issue with them staying on my ears. I like the bone conductive properties and the hours of usage.

The Shokz OpenFit earbuds are very comfortable, even with my prescription glasses on. I put them on as soon as I get to work and I literally forget that I'm wearing them. Great for conference calls, listening to music or podcasts and still being able to hear what's going on around you. Battery life gets me through the work day. No complaints with it, though to be honest I'm not a fan of the beige color.

I'm not so sure about these. I bought these because my ear canals are smaller than normal and regular earbuds hurt and don't stay in. I like that these stay on and are more comfortable. However, I've already been sent a replacement less than a year later because the charging case door has these metal spring tabs that popped out. That first set of earbuds also started sounding like crap around the same time. Maybe the volume was too loud, but I would have hoped that they could program some sort of self-protection to prevent that. They're nice, but for the price I would probably try Anker or another brand

Such an upgrade over the wrap around style. Bass is great unless riding a bike or anything that would cause wind noise. Overall sound excellent. You have to be careful adjusting the bud as you can accidently pause the audio and it doesn't always 'unpause' easily.

Fits perfectly. So comfortable, I forget I have them on.Eliminated the "earbud itch" rash I got from earbud moisture buildup. Not anymore. These allow airflow and transparent hearing to hear surrounding noise ESPECIALLY ones spouse!

Great earbuds, Sound is awesome. The only problem I am having is it says will sync to two different sources like a phone, I can only get it to sync to one at a time. No big deal for me though.
