I suspect these are amazing earbuds, however they aren't made for small ears like most earbuds. For reference, I'm 4'10" and they didn't feel secure wrapped around my ear- they moved around while bending over/jumping/running around. The sound is really good though and I love the open ear concept. Unfortunately I'll have to return these, but will definitely try again if they ever make a small/petite version.

Sound was great without ear irritation. The left one broke after a week (fell from my knee - I ambulate with a wheelchair) and that was terribly disappointing. Too fragile and now I can only use one! Luckily it’s my good ear! #ArmyUp

It is a little challenging to get these earbuds positioned correctly, but once they are positioned, the sound is good. I have also noticed that after wearing them for a while the buds kind of hurt my ears.

Here are the positives. They do not fall out of the ears. I wish they were a little longer to get down closer to the ear canal because I often have to turn up the volume. My biggest negative is that I can only use one earbud at a time at work. This negates any stereo effect. There is no option for changing the balance depending on whether I am using the left or right. This can make many songs sound much different with only one functional side at a time. I have never experienced this with other earbuds

I originally purchased this product, but after I got home and looking at it I decided it would not work for me because I sometimes wear a hearing aid. I exchanged it for the open run model which works perfect for my needs

bought these back in July and not the left ear bud has stopped putting out any sound. When they work, these are great earbuds to run with. will need to exchange them and see if another pair will last longer.

Whenever something new from Shokz comes out I tend to want to buy it. Open Fit is a great for phone call & music. My two criticisms are the lack of multipoint pairing & distortion of deep bass near the top of the volume levels. But they are a keeper for me still.

Honeslty, I tried really hard to love these. They fit okay but the sound quality wasn’t that good for the price point. I know I am used to noise canceling so it was already going to be a challenge but I have since tried multiple options and found that these are not the best in a gym setting where I will be using them most. I could not hear my music so I’d turn it up then couldn’t hear my husband who I workout with every day. I feel like these work okay out and about so if you plan not to use them for gym workouts you should be okay.
