Bestbuy and Shipt are horrible

Received an email saying it was out for delivery at 2:48pm and returned to store as undeliverable at 4:45. I doubt the driver even attempted to deliver. This once again confirms that you are better off not putchasing items from Bestbuy.

Took it back to Best Buy and they said they couldn’t help! Not ideal service from a company that says they are for their customers.
