In-ear buds always fall out and I don’t like overear noise cancelling versions. These are perfect and still allow me to hear what’s going on around me. Great sound quality and value.

I like that I can hear my music and still hear everything going on around me. It takes a few times of usage to get used too but it’s the best pair of headphones I’ve ever purchased.

There is a small sacrifice in sound quality due to the sound coming from your bones rather than ear canal, but as an avid music fan, I think it's still pretty good. The battery life is also very good.

We kindly ask that you reach out to BestBuy Customer service directly to learn of their return policy. There is also a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it. For the price point, they are a good set of bone conduction headphones. If you are wanting higher quality audio, go with a higher model of these as these are just basic headphones with decent audio quality.
