The sound quality is standard, the headband fit takes some adjusting. I've taken calls with this headset and no complaints. Overall it's what I needed while I'm walking the dog or on the golf course.

It hurt my ears. I have other Shokz Bone Conduction headphones and I love them. This pair was designed for someone with ears the size of an infant.
