Awesome bluetooth headset

Being partially deaf, this headset is easy for me to use and be able to still hear my surroundings. I would definitely recommend this product and the others made from this company.

There is a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it. I ended up returning them and getting the waterproof version. The sound on these was average a little quite but that’s to be expected with bone conduction headphones. If your willing to spend the extra money I would get the Open Run Pros

The headset moves around esp if you're wearing a hat, hoodie, or different women's hair style. Would only recommend to use in certain climates.
