This item is a very good quality product. my issue is when I sync it to my work 2 way Radio there is no functions unlike its predecessor model. AfterShokz need to update their firmware to work with it.

Water proof and loud enough to hear your music despite other things going around. Also even though it sounds loud to the wearer, it is hard for others around you to hear the music. The only disappointing thing is that you have to readjust occasionally depending on how hard your workout is.

There is a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it.
