I got these thinking they would work similar to what an audiologist would use to check your hearing. They don't. I get more response by placing the transducers just behind my ears as opposed to in front, on top of the jawbone. In fact, many bone conduction devices for people with profound hearing loss are placed behind the ear. I couldn't recommend these for someone that wears a hearing aid or suffers from hearing loss.

Reached out to Bestbuy and I was told that it was now a warranty issue and to contact Shokz directly. I contacted Shokz and they initially responded within a day to my inquiry but have now ghosted me. They suggested I do a few things with the headphones to possibly reset them. None of their suggestions worked, and I informed Shokz of the results. Again no further response from Shokz. So 20% charge equals 0% and they turn off.
