It hurt my ears. I have other Shokz Bone Conduction headphones and I love them. This pair was designed for someone with ears the size of an infant.

It did not hold snug in place. Always having to adjust it. Great headset for the price. I upgraded to the aftershock.

Then they would not charge. They were within the 1 year manufacturer warranty. The initial steps in the warranty process went well. I sent them back to Shokz and they sent me an email saying they received them and that they would be warranted and would ship within two business days. Thats the last I heard from them. I’ve sent several emails with no answer, tried to call the phone number which were not working ( technical difficulties). If you purchase these get the extended warranty through Best Buy so you can deal with them. SHOKZ HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

It's OK, Not the Best

Not crazy about the audible speakers on these, as I think that makes them not true conduction headphones, and I think that affects the quality of the audio some. Not super easy to pair/repair with multiple devices.
