I had a pair when they were called aeropex, after 2 years and about 2 weeks, (just after warranty) one of the speakers got loose in the headphones and vibrated against the hard plastic causing some pretty horrendous whining. Had this last pair for about 6 months and the mic started going bad. Got worse and worse, people saying i sounded far away, or like i was underwater etc. They couldnt understand me. Luckily it was only about 6 months later, so was still in warranty. I just returned it and am getting a new one shipped out to me. As a total tech member, i get two free years of geeksquad which means the new pair will get an additional two years of geek squad. If they last somewhere between a year and a year and a half, its not a big deal for me. But honestly, even if they do crap out after 2 years, i think it was a relatively worthwhile purchase. Theyre extremely convenient, just not super reliable.
