I could never get ear buds to stay in my ears. These have very good sound and are very comfortable. I use these every time I go for a walk.

I can hear traffic when running.

THey're great but only for their function

Don't think these are good for regular use cause they're terrible for anything other than running, they're no good to listen to music at gym or any other places that are noisy. Phone calls leave a lot to be desired, quality is half decent
