    I’ve had the OpenRun by Shokz for a couple of months and really enjoy them. No more earphones dropping out of my ears and nothing sticking out of my ears. Great volume, very comfortable.

    I loved them when they worked. Battery started acting wonky about 6 months in. Saying charge me at 80% or saying battery medium at 20%. Refusing to turn on after being charged until the light turned blue, and battery claiming to only be 20%. Now less than a year later, they won't charge, won't turn on, and been sitting on hold for 20 mins waiting for tech support. Not getting anywhere.

    I had a previous pair and lived them! This pair also seems to be pretty good but has its own specific charger. Why did shox do this!? Dumb when i had multiple chatge cords and didnt have to have a special one.
