Customers are saying
Customers appreciate the OpenRun Wireless Headphones for their decent sound quality, comfortable fit, and insane battery life. Many users also find them lightweight and value their water resistance and easy Bluetooth connectivity. While the bass may be somewhat lacking for some, and there may be some buzzing at high volume, the price is the biggest drawback mentioned.

Good product
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I think this is a great product. The only thing I dont like is when you have it at the loudest the vibration you get on your temple is annoying but once they fix that it will be 5 star product

Needs improvement
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the design behind the theory! It’s not adjustable to be exactly where you need them to be to get the best sound! Battery is really weak when it comes to always having to charge it. Talk time is less than a few hours at best. You can get through an hour workout and it’s gonna be dead after

Good but in ear is probably the way to go
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not the best sound when there’s other noise around For some reason, it keeps disconnecting from my phone by itself

Too small for me, muffled sound
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A couple of friends of mine swear by these. They're smaller framed than I am (6'4"). When I wear it, the mic is blocked so no one I talk to with it can understand me. Also not great for noisy areas... if you turn it up too loud it's vibrations are pretty annoying. Maybe if they made a bigger size.

Great for cycling
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I take one star off because the microphone quality is poor during cycling.

Not loud enough
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not loud enough, I attended a lot of concerts in my younger years, and my hearing isn't what it used to be. These are really cool, but not for me.

I suggest you pass and buy cheaper ones.
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the price and brand name these should be way better. Sleek design, but starts buzzing at high volume. Prefer my cheapo (1/4 the price of Razr) set bought online.

Very disappointed
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the trex titanium for a long time and the sound quality and battery life were my only complaints. So I was extremely happy when these came out because they were billed to have better sound and an 8 hour play time. I have tried them for 2 days in case the first day was a fluke and the battery life on 3/4 volume is a sad 3 to 4 hours and the sound quality to me is no different than the titanium. I love the fit and weight but they are definitely not worth 174 dollars after tax. I have a 10 dollar set from a big box stores that has better battery life and sound. I will be returning them as soon as possible and I'm done with the trex brand.

It didn’t last 3 months
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. At first these were good and cool earbuds that allowed me to hear well. But every so often it would make weird popping sounds even if no audio was being played. I didn’t think much of it until today when they just stopped working. I tried turning them on and nothing, held the button down and no feedback. I then tried charging it and no charging indicator. DO NOT BUY

These are a NO for me
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did not like these headphones. Most of my headphone use is in the gym and with these you can hear everything else going on and it ruins the experience. I know they include earplugs to aid in this but for me that is just too much

Posted .Hello - Shokz here! We're sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your OpenRun. In this case, we'd suggest a manual reset of the headphones.
To reset your Shokz OpenRun, turn them off, then press and hold the Volume+ button to enter pairing mode (red/blue flashing light), then press and hold all three buttons (multifunction, Volume+, Volume-) for 3-5 seconds until you hear beeps/vibrations, then turn them off again to complete the factory reset, which clears pairing history and prepares them for new connections.
If the reset doesn't resolve the issues, all Shokz come with a 2-year warranty. Please reach out to us if you need further assistance. Thank you!
