Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although I hoped these bone conduction earphones would bypass a minor hearing loss in one ear (they didn’t), I would have kept them had the sound quality been comparable to my AirPods and they fit better. But even the smaller ones were not snug against my neck, and the sound quality was affected when I turned my head in any direction from straight ahead. Thus, they are really geared to sports activities such as running or walking, and definitly cannot be used to relax in a chair as the bar that goes around your head hits whatever you lean against and changes how they sit on your head and ears. And they definitely are meant for smaller heads.

Posted .Hi there- Shokz here! We're sorry to hear this has been your experience. Having at least a 1-inch gap between your head and the headband is normal. There is also a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it. If you decide these are not a good fit for you, we kindly ask that you reach out to BestBuy's Customer Service directly to learn of their return policy. Thank you!

Charger is a magnetic charger that will only work with that device so don’t lose it. Would be nice to keep the USB-C from its bigger brother
