Sound quality when using with an iPhone is poor. Sound level is fine

I bought this for my brothers use, he said it failed to serve him, he could not use it. I sent it overseas, so I could not do much about it. Just left it.

I really wanted to love these, as regular earbuds often are uncomfortable and I like the over-the-year option. However, they gave me terrible headaches, in multiple attempts to get used to them. For example, I did a 1 hour call on a Saturday morning -- and the headache I got afterwards lasted until the next day. I'm bummed! Was hoping this was the right product for me.

Where i work we're allowed to have one head phone in or these since they're not in your ears but the battery life is garbage. They lasted from 6am to almost ten. My Samsung earbuds pro last with just one earbud last from 6am to 1 to 2ishpm. Definitely going to be returning these! Also the sound quality sucked and they caused headaches!

If you have a large head these are not comfortable

Few month after receiving the device will not charge or turn on. After back and forth with AfterShokz support they promised a replacement. 6 weeks later a obviously refurbished standard size (not mini) arrived. Be ware the manufacturer can't stand behind their product.

This product is a one size fits all. If you have a smaller head, they will not stay in place and will keep falling to you're neck. The and sound it's a bit muffled not as excellent quality as I expected. They are rugged and perfect for the outdoors.

Wanna love them, however they need a mini mini version. They still too big for me.

I am now on my 4th pair in less than three months. The power button fails after 3 weeks of normal use. Each time I have had to repurchase an extended Bestbuy warranty making these the most expensive earbuds out there. I will return for a full refund when this pair fails and move on.

I bought theses for my boyfriend who loves them. He is hard of hearing and prefers not having his ears covered. Now if you can make one of these for use with a computer and x box, that would be great. The charge lasts only 1 hour!

If you want to pay over $150 for talking on the phone great; but if you like great sounding music then these are not the way to go! There is no bass response at all…the sound is just flat. I am running back to Best Buy to return these as quickly as possible!

Headphones don't hold a charge, it's only been a month. I couldn't add the geek squad guarantee, and the official webpage does not let me file a claim. I wasted money on these and I loved them originally.

Mini was still loose and i don't have a large head. One star because it should have 8 hours of battery life. Didn't even last 4 1/2 hours within a couple weeks. Returned.

Not good headphones. These vibrate my face and make rattleing noices. It gives me a headach after wearing them for an hour Its a good consept. But not prfected yet.

Just got these and I'm blown away. No need to turn these all the way up. The sound quality is fantastic. I'll admit, at first, I was a little leery of "bone conduction' for quality of sound but was relieved to find out that I had no need to worry. I can take calls with them while I'm not listening to Pandora, Spotify or YouTube. The body seems to be made of a durable rigid silicone form that makes it feel light. I hardly notice them. The magnetic inductive charging cable is also a nice touch. Super easy to use. These are the best ever.

This product is so bad and when I tried to claim is like impossible contact whit customer service I don’t recommend

Would not stay connected to phone .Horrible mic quality

Every pair I get it has a weak spot by the right ear and breaks. Don’t buy minis. The others are good
