You can file a claim if you experience a manufacturer defect in the first two years. Your warranty covers manufacturer defects. It does not cover abuse, misuse, loss, or theft. Your warranty begins with your purchase date. Should you need to file a claim and receive a replacement unit, the warranty will continue from your original purchase date.
If you ever need to submit a claim, please visit our Shokz website directly to submit a warranty claim so you can receive a replacement pair. Also the charging cable has a strong magnetic hold to the set when recharging the set , easy buttons to answering phone or adjusting on/off or volumes.
