Battery dies fast cant get through the work day without a charge and if uiu forget to bring the special charger you are sol. Overall i would buy it again but only because not many options sre available.

Then I hated them. I ended up giving them to my grand-daughter. The sound was awesome, but they should warn you that if you wear glasses, this item will probably not feel the best. They ear wire pinches between your ear piece on my glasses and drove me nuts. Glad I had a girl in the family to give them to.

But even the smaller ones were not snug against my neck, and the sound quality was affected when I turned my head in any direction from straight ahead. Thus, they are really geared to sports activities such as running or walking, and definitly cannot be used to relax in a chair as the bar that goes around your head hits whatever you lean against and changes how they sit on your head and ears. And they definitely are meant for smaller heads.

Posted .Hi there- Shokz here! We're sorry to hear this has been your experience. Having at least a 1-inch gap between your head and the headband is normal. There is also a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it. Great theory but fails to execute in sound

I am not sure if I received a defective model but the sound is so distorted even at 60% volume and zero bass. I'll stick to in-ear headphones. Don't want to take another chance with a new pair.
