    I love these headphones for when I go cycling and also for work. I can hear everything around me while listening to my favorite tunes. Of course they're no Bose headphones but they do the job.

    As huge fan of Shokz these were not my favorite. The Mini is not for everyone, I have a large head, and these were causing some discomfort and impeded my hearing a little bit. They were returned for the standard size Pro model and they are great.

    I am very disappointed in the customer service experience at BestBuy. I purchased the OpenRun Standard before Christmas for $99. They were too big and went to exchange for the OpenRun mini and the store would not do an even exchange and wanted to charge me the updated price of $129. Very disappointed in the customer care.
