You can file a claim if you experience a manufacturer defect in the first two years. Your warranty covers manufacturer defects. It does not cover abuse, misuse, loss, or theft. Your warranty begins with your purchase date. Should you need to file a claim and receive a replacement unit, the warranty will continue from your original purchase date.
If you ever need to submit a claim, please visit our Shokz website directly to submit a warranty claim so you can receive a replacement pair. Once on our website, click on Support at the top of the page, then select Warranty Claim, and the instructions for filing a claim will be available to you.
