Shokz has been the best and with the mini option my wife can now use one. While these are very nice to have so you can still hear what's going on around you I find them amazing when I need to use earplugs around heavy equipment.

It definitely helps both with or without plugs. Wotks great. Charge us great. Our only issue is the proprietary charging cable.

Great if you have glasses

They just barely are bigger than my head so it doesn’t feel like I have a huge ring around the back of my head. I forget I have them on and they do not interfere with my glasses. I had the original size a few years ago but they were uncomfortable with my glasses.

If you want to listen to music while riding a bike and still feel like you can tell what's going on around you, I highly recommend these!

The range is poor, too. More than 10 feet away from my computer, it stops working

If the reset doesn't resolve the issues, all Shokz come with a 2-year warranty. *Friendly Reminder- Shokz take 1.5-2 hours to fully charge. I use them for hiking and bike riding. They are connected to my Garmin Fenix 6x Solor watch. I play Amazon music from the watch to the Shokz. Now if you want the best sound, loudness, deep bass don't buy. These are good enough for me for what I do. Love them so much I bought a second pair as a backup.
