    As huge fan of Shokz these were not my favorite. The Mini is not for everyone, I have a large head, and these were causing some discomfort and impeded my hearing a little bit. They were returned for the standard size Pro model and they are great.

    I am very disappointed in the customer service experience at BestBuy. I purchased the OpenRun Standard before Christmas for $99. They were too big and went to exchange for the OpenRun mini and the store would not do an even exchange and wanted to charge me the updated price of $129. Very disappointed in the customer care.
