I can do just about anything without losing awareness of my surroundings or keep conversations with others without pausing. They bother me; they fall off when I talk or eat, etc. My friend suggested trying these, and I was amazed! Yes. This is not a hi-end sound, but it is good enough to enjoy music and have a conversation. At the same time, you will always be aware of your surroundings, which is vital in the office or on the run.

The quality is so much better with this brand. I love that you can still hear what is going on around you but the clarity of the music is spot on.
