I'll come back with bose

Even after the software updates and installing the app to adjust volume levels, these are so quiet I can not use them for any of the purposes I used the older model for. Can't cycle with them, can't walk around in my office, etc... So disappointing.

1. Turn Off Volume Limit Settings
For iPhone: Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety, switch off the Reduce Loud Audio feature.
For Samsung: Go to Settings > Sounds and Vibration > Volume, click More, and turn off Media Volume Limit.
For other Android phones: Go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphones and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for them.
2. Adjust EQ Settings
Connect your headphones to the Shokz App and switch the EQ modes to Vocal or Bass Boost mode.

Very poor sound and bass

People can also hear the music you’re playing near by. Great concept but bery poor sound quality. I will be returning them.

Got her this for Christmas and it did the teick and she loves the audio quality. She even sleeps in them sometimes. She also uses it to work from her laptop so she ditched the bulky old headsets she had.
