    I really enjoy using these while running. The only gripe i have is battery life, its pretty short. Otherwise great.

    I like the brand a lot. Would like to see the mini headset be closer to the head on the loop on the back. Great audio and sound.

    Just 4 and half months and on/off buttons doesn't work, I'm very carefull of thjs product because it's not cheap, when i contacted shockz customer service and walked step by step on the claim, they just said i cannot file a claim on that product its a defective and they don't want to resolve. I'll come back with bose

    I got some headphones from TikTok for 19$ n they had better base than these. They were good but for what I actually expected they disappointed

    This is my 4th set of shoks. TBH pervious versions are better. I've had these for 3 months and the main function button is already failing. We'll see how good their warranty is

    The volume was too low and I was. It able to adjust. The quality is not good. I returned them.

    Payed almost 150$ for this piece of junk.had it almost 9 months won’t turn on or charge I recommend you don’t buy.The cheaper ones are better. Never buy this brand again

We’re excited to share that we’ve just upgraded to the latest firmware version, and it can be updated via the Shokz app for the best experience with your OpenRun Pro 2. There is also a phone setting that may resolve any low volume issues.
      1. Turn Off Volume Limit Settings
      For iPhone: Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety, switch off the Reduce Loud Audio feature.
      For Samsung: Go to Settings > Sounds and Vibration > Volume, click More, and turn off Media Volume Limit.
      For other Android phones: Go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphones and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for them.
      2. Adjust EQ Settings
      Connect your headphones to the Shokz App and switch the EQ modes to Vocal or Bass Boost mode.

    Shameful update - too quiet to be useful

    Absolute garbage compared to older models. Even after the software updates and installing the app to adjust volume levels, these are so quiet I can not use them for any of the purposes I used the older model for. Can't cycle with them, can't walk around in my office, etc... So disappointing.

    Overheated on first use while only playing music for 10 minutes. Charge does not last and takes a long time to charge. My apple ear buds work better than this product.
