strongly recommend (range, convenience, battery..)
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was big fan of apple airpod pro for sound and convenience, but had little tiredness of my ears and sometimes I bend down airpod escape from my ears, so I decided to try shokz open run pro 2, despite of my skeptical feeling about sound and battery part. but after using about two months, I am very satisfied with sound, battery and conveniences.

Perfect For Everyday Wear Without Ear Pain
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After less than a month with the Shokz OpenRun SE, I upgraded to the OpenRun Pro 2. I am so glad I did because the sound quality and volume are so much better. I like how in noisy areas, I can max the volume without the speakers vibrating. I can wear these all day without aches and pain in my ear. The one issue I have, which brings the rating down to a 4 from a 5, is the wrap around head piece (not sure what's it's called). It's too short to fully wrap around my neck when I take the headphones down off my ears. I understand this is the mini version. The OpenRun SE I had prior was the standard version and it was too long. Laying down with them on was a problem for me. If there was a way for Shokz to make the wrap around adjustable, then I think these headphones would be perfect.

Almost perfect
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are awesome. They are comfortable and best of all I can still hear my surroundings while wearing them. The only complaint I have it they don't get quite loud enough for my taste though that probably isn't a problem for most. All around great quality good connection to phone etc...

Best open ear headphones on the market
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are simply the best listening experience for open ear headphones. They fit really well and I tried both the large and the small (mini) with great comfort on both. They hold very well and the sound quality is next to none. I love these things.

Fantastic for Running, Great Sound and Comfort
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been using the Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 Mini for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed. The sound quality is noticeably better than previous bone conduction models—there’s actually some decent bass now! The Mini size fits my head perfectly and stays in place, even during runs or workouts. I love the open-ear design—it keeps me aware of my surroundings without sacrificing audio quality. Battery life is great, and I’m so glad they finally switched to USB-C charging. My only small complaint is that the mic could be clearer on calls, but for music and podcasts, these are absolutely worth it. If you’re active and want headphones that keep you safe and comfortable, these are a solid choice.

Must Buy for Runners!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love these headphones. Upgraded from the OpenRun Pro to those for a race and loved the smaller version for a tighter fit and less slack around the back of my head. Sound is crystal clear and still allows for you to be aware of your surroundings.

Love this headset!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these to use while sleeping. Sound quality is great and I can sleep for hours without any discomfort. I can barely feel them on and I have no problem hearing other sounds. Due to the sounds quality, I now use them for watching tv and gaming as well, as the battery life is insanely awesome! Watch tv and game for a couple of hours followed by 10+ hours sleeping and battery life is still medium. I rarely use the microphone (gaming), so I don't know how much heavy use has on battery life. Using the Shokz app, it can be paired to two devices at the same time. Very cool feature, I can change settings via the phone app while still listening to the tv/game.

Super solid good all rounders!

Shokz Openrunner Pro2
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound quality is nice and it does not fall out like earbuds. Battery life is decent. Something that I dont like about this bone headphone is that, if you're listening to music and talking to someone thru the headphones at the same time, its either the phone call or the music sounds glitchy.

Almost Perfect!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Almost perfect! I work remotely and use them all day without having to take them off. They are comfortable and great sound quality. Good battery life. The only problem I have is the multi-point connection. When I’m listening to the primary device it switches to the other even when I have the 2nd device on hold. I tried all the recommended fixes and it didn’t work.

Perfect for their intended use
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These really are great at what they are designed for. If you're looking for audiophile worthy sound, then this is obviously not what you want. But, if you are looking for an extremely comfortable (like...don't even know they're there) set of headphones for exercise, especially outdoor exercise, these are it. The classic bone-conduction only mode is really not very good sound quality. But, the standard mode, which supplements bone conduction with open-ear speaker, is actually really beautiful. As I jog along listening to my music in perfect, rich clarity, I can also hear the birds chirping in the trees. Kind of incredible, and much safer for outdoor exercise.

These Headphones Are Great!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are great, especially for driving since they don't block all the outside noise, so you can hear emergency vehicles approaching. They sat on your head during any physical activities that you might be participating in. They're comfortable to wear for 10-12 hours a day. Long talk time before having to recharge.

A joy to wear, both for safety and comfort
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great product and thoroughly enjoy wearing them for physical activities or around the home completing chores. The sound quality is surprisingly decent considering the design vs in or over ear design. There are trade offs but the trade offs are worth it, to me, personally. Battery life exceeds expectations, sound quality is great but not black magic amazing, comfort is amazing, controls are easy to navigate. Overall, yes, I highly recommend these if you can sacrifice sound quality for comfort and peace of mind when exercising.

Great workout and around the house headphones
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these initially to go cycling, I wanted to listen to podcasts and audiobooks while still being able to hear everything around me. I own a pair of Apple AirPod Pro 2’s and they were alright in transparency mode but not quite the same as open ear headphones. Since I got these, I haven’t used my AirPods again. I love them for biking, they fit over my ears with my glasses and helmet no problem. Whenever I wear in-ear headphones I always have to adjust them periodically, and that is gone with these headphones, I wear them for hours and only occasionally remember they’re there, which is great for doing chores around the house or when working at my desk. The sound quality is acceptable to me, I don’t have any complaints (but I’m also not very picky.) One note for anyone on the edge, my local BestBuy had display units in store to try these out to gauge the fit and sound quality for yourself, which is was pushed me over the edge to buy them.

Love These Headphones – Comfortable and Reliable
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The SHOKZ OpenRun 2 headphones are extremely comfortable. Unlike my previous in-ear headphones, which were easy to lose, these don’t go inside your ear. You can hear your surroundings while listening, and if you want, you can increase the volume for more isolation. Even when talking with background noise, they block external sounds well. The orange color is exactly as pictured and described. They’re comfortable for everyday use, easy to connect to any device, and perfect for work. I’ve used them for over six months, and our family now owns three pairs—one for each member. It’s important to choose the right size: mini or standard. The mini works best for us, while the standard may feel large depending on personal comfort. Overall, I really like these headphones and highly recommend them.

Excellent Sports Headphones – Secure, Comfortable
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 Mini delivers an outstanding combination of comfort, safety, and performance. The bone conduction technology allows me to enjoy music and calls while staying fully aware of my surroundings—a must for running or cycling outdoors. The Mini version is a perfect fit if you prefer a slightly smaller frame; it sits securely without shifting, even during long workouts. They’re incredibly lightweight, and after a few minutes, you barely notice you’re wearing them. Sound quality is excellent for bone conduction—clear mids, balanced bass (noticeably deeper than older Shokz models), and crisp vocals. While it won’t match in-ear monitors for deep bass, the tradeoff for situational awareness is well worth it. Battery life is also impressive, easily lasting through long runs or a full day of casual use. The quick-charge feature is convenient if you forget to top up before heading out. Another plus is the open-ear design, which prevents ear fatigue and discomfort, making them ideal for extended use. They’re also sweat-resistant, so no worries during intense training.

Great product for tiny heads.
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought as a present for my wife. She has a tiny head and this product fits perfectly. Audio quality is good, connectivity is good. Altought everything is good, i do not recommend them for gym workouts, as the music in the gym is generally loud and these dont cancel outside noise... which is the point.
