It works great. No problem with matching it with my phone or watch. The music is very clear and the battery last for several hours over several days without charging. It even tells you the remaining charge when first turned on.

I have been wearing my open earbuds for over a week. And a 1/2 now have not taken them off. These things are amazing. I don't know why anybody would ever want to use. No easy counseling unless it's for a specific reason. The other one just kept falling out of my ears. These things you can jog run. Do whatever you want. I'm absolutely loving them. Don't hesitate great quality. Good connection.

I have been using the first generation of the OpenRun Pro for running and walking for about two years now, and I decided to see if this new version made them better- the answer is absolutely YES. Battery life is a little bit better, the fit and comfort are still just as good, but the sound is markedly better. Music and voice are clearer and richer, and this version avoids the vibration feeling you could get with the previous generation. On my runs I listen to audiobooks, podcasts, and music, and these headphones do well with all of them. You will still get better sound from high-quality earbuds or over-ear headphones, but if you want to still be able to hear around you for safety, like I do on runs, these are great.

I love these. They fit great, and the sound quality is amazing. I love that there is a separate pause button away from the power and volume buttons. And my ears are very happy that I am no longer using the in-ear buds that caused so much discomfort. I wore these all day and almost forget they are on.

I've been a fan of Shokz and open run for years for the simple appeal of being situationally aware while biking, hiking and other sportz. The latest iteration realy ups the bass and overall sound quality, use of a common charge cords, and handles sweat, water better than anything else around. Being able to wipe off the grime rather than digging out ear tips can't be overstated. Seriously a most undderated feature. Being situationally aware in any public area is the the biggest an most obvious selling feature.

Where's the Bone Conduction??? Low base + Low vol

Overall these are pretty good. The quality of the sound is nice and clear, albeit low volume. And the battery life is long, and changes quick. But the new tech seems to not be doing any bone conduction at all (or VERY little). If I take and hold them half of an inch off of my skin (not touching me at all), the sound quality doesn't change at all. These have little speakers that emit sound into your ear cup instead of relying on the vibrations via bone conduction. I think because of this, the bass is very low. Just for transparency, the volume was so low, I consulted a friend who has had many bone conduction variants and they told me these had to be broke. So I exchanged them for a new pair, and the new pair are the same. I can barely hear a podcast at max volume, while jogging on a windy day. Other issue I have are with the high end. The ends are magnetic and snap together. When they do, you can hear a subtle ringing sound. This ringing sound also occurs with many mid-high to high frequencies and can be quite annoying.

Hi Taylor- Shokz here. We're very sorry to hear this has been your experience. We’re excited to share that we’ve just upgraded to the latest firmware version, and it can be updated via the Shokz app for the best experience with your OpenRun Pro 2. There is also a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it. If you decide these are not a good fit for you, we have a 45-day return window. Please visit our website, click "Support" and "Return Center" to begin a claim. Thank you! AfterShokzCHT

I purchased these as an upgrade to the original Open Run Pros that I've been using for the past two years. The originals were great. The Open Run 2 is even better! The changes are subtle but important ... longer battery life, a seeming upgrade to the overall build quality, improved sound, better fit, USB charging, and vastly improved call quality. I actually had to tell my son that I was out cycling when he called! I'd recommend these without reservation. They're really great!

These are amazing. The sound is amazing, and the battery life is insane. They are perfect in loud environments 70% audio from the shokz and 30% background noise. There is no audio device more comfortable out there. I use these every day, and they never come off. They do leak audio but Ive learned not to care.

I love these. I've had the OpenRun Pro and Pro 2. I appreciate the fact that I can pay attention to what is going on around me while still listening though them. I am having issues with the volume/power buttons getting worn out, but that is most likely because I use them Constantly and wear them pretty much permanently. I'm prone to losing headphones if I take them off... I often fall asleep listening to an audio book with them on and there is no discomfort. Also, no pain when you wake up after sleeping in them like other in ear headphones. Recommended to my dad and brother, they love them as well. With the Pros I had an issue where they stopped charging and Shokz replaced with no questions asked. Really appreciate the fact the Pro2 has changed to the common USB-C charger rather than the Proprietary charger of the Pro.

I got these because I wanted more external ambient sound than I get from my Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra Earbuds (which I still love). The sound is pretty good, not as good as the Bose, but they are 2x the price. I really like the open ears and the controls are easy to learn and remember. everything is either one tap, or two. I haven't used it yet but it is supposed to also connect to Siri. 4 stars because the volume is a Little on the low side for me (age 66, D*mn that Rock 'n Roll, the devil's music) but I can still hear it OK.
