Glad I did not get bb Protection plan would be wasting money. Manufacturing 2year warranty. Claim submitted replacement in progress. Last resort refund.

They work great at work, as I need to be able to hear the surrounding sounds to be safe. Since this headset isn't in your ears, they work perfectly.

Better audio than OpenRun Pros

The bass is especially deeper and louder. Well worth the upgrade. I also love the BestBuy exclusive Steel Blue color.

Good improvement on OpenRun

Great for cutting grass (electric mower). Can make/receive phone calls. Haven’t exceeded battery charge yet, so good enough for my uses. Also great for riding recumbent bike at YMCA; doesn't disturb others and I can listen to whatever I want.
