You will need those ear plugs in your ears to help and I make still be difficult.

Great to be able to hear clearly over Bluetooth and still be aware of the ambient sound. Rayed sound as good because it's not the kind of sound you get from in ear, but that's kind of the point. You don't want to block out all other sound.
