Shokz everyday usage not great

I look at my screen and we’re still connected, but they can’t hear me and I can’t hear them. I quickly move it to speaker and continue the call.

Good, but not as good as the ones they replaced

I love my Shokz, but I feel like my last ones had better battery life, especially on stand by. The new case is a definite upgrade though.
