Customers are positive about the sound quality, comfort, battery life, open-ear design, fit, bone conduction, and lightweight features of the OpenRun Pro Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Sport Headphones. They appreciate the clear and immersive sound, comfortable and secure fit, long battery life, ability to hear their surroundings, lightweight design, and innovative bone conduction technology.
On the other hand, customers are negative about the volume, bass, price, connectivity, and microphone. They feel the volume could be louder, the bass is lacking, the price is high, the connectivity is unstable, and the microphone could be improved for better call quality.

My only complaint was that they were too small for my big head and they kept rubbing the side of my ears to the point where it was getting irritated. If they can make one with an adjustable band or something, I'd buy these again.

Purchased these because I was looking to replace my Jaybird Tarah Pro due to being discontinued. Love the concept but they just Don't play loud enough for me. Sadly I will be returning them asap.

I absolutely love these headphones. I’ve ordered 2 pair of them. After a while of wearing them and you remove them - sometimes it still feels as if you’re still wearing them lol so that feeling is a little weird

I use these at work. I can listen to music and still hear everything around me. I'm in the medical field.
I gave 4 stars only because you can't totally isolate outside noise if you're in a noisy environment (movie watching in a car full of people, etc...)

It's fun because you can still hear what is going on around you. The sound quality is not great -but very functional. Would buy again. Would recommend to others.

i thought i was going to be fine without the noise cancellation feature i had from different headphones, but i realized that it is necessary for my running activity.
Hi there- Shokz here! We're sorry to hear you're not completely satisfied with your OpenRun Pro. If the volume is too low, there may be a setting on your phone that resolves this. Please disable phone volume limits (iPhone: Headphone Safety > Reduce Loud Audio; Samsung: Volume > More > Media Volume Limit; Android: Absolute Volume in Bluetooth settings) and try using the Shokz App for Volume Boost EQ. If you find these are not a good fit for you, we kindly ask that you reach out to BestBuy Customer Service directly to learn of their return policy. Thank you!

While a convenient choice for using while needing to hear other thingsit doesnt give enough volume to hear in semi loud environments. I took mine back and tried another pair.

This is the second pair of Shokz I have purchased and they are still the best! Newer version is more streamlined and easier to use. Bone conduction is the way to go!
