Customers are positive about the sound quality, comfort, battery life, open-ear design, fit, bone conduction, and lightweight features of the OpenRun Pro Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Sport Headphones. They appreciate the clear and immersive sound, comfortable and secure fit, long battery life, ability to hear their surroundings, lightweight design, and innovative bone conduction technology.
On the other hand, customers are negative about the volume, bass, price, connectivity, and microphone. They feel the volume could be louder, the bass is lacking, the price is high, the connectivity is unstable, and the microphone could be improved for better call quality.

These things are great! I can hear the music without disturbing others and since they are not in-canal, i can hear my surroundings also. This is a huge benefit as so many people today are involved in themselves and not what is going on around them. Definitely worth the money.

While the sound is good, I am not impressed with the quality of the hardware. The button for changing songs or pausing the sound feels cheap and not solid. The power off and power on buttons are also not ideal. I like my Beats Fit Pro's much better for sound and overall quality of build.

Great to use at the office. Still allows me to listen to podcast while keeping an eye out for the boss.

This does not work as hearing aid despite advertisement. It is regular headphones with the only difference that it leaves the ear open permitting user to continue engaging with real world. There is “0” technology apparent, I feel that the entire price is attributed to the design, which was not why I considered buying. Wound not buy again
