Customers are positive about the sound quality, comfort, battery life, open-ear design, fit, bone conduction, and lightweight features of the OpenRun Pro Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Sport Headphones. They appreciate the clear and immersive sound, comfortable and secure fit, long battery life, ability to hear their surroundings, lightweight design, and innovative bone conduction technology.
On the other hand, customers are negative about the volume, bass, price, connectivity, and microphone. They feel the volume could be louder, the bass is lacking, the price is high, the connectivity is unstable, and the microphone could be improved for better call quality.

These are not the bone conducive headphones they advertise. These are speakers that have light pressure against you skull for a little haptic vibration and otherwise the feed sound into the ear. As someone who is hearing impaired and has a true bone conducive hearing aid, these interested me. I was disappointed because they are not truly bone conducive headphones.
Hi there- Shokz here! We're sorry to hear this has been your experience. Bone conduction technology converts sound into mechanical vibrations transmitted through the skin and temporal bone to the cochlea, bypassing traditional air conduction transmitters like the external auditory canal or eardrum. We highly recommend updating to the latest firmware via the Shokz app for the best listening experience. There is also a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it. If you decide these are not a good fit for you, we kindly ask that you reach out to BestBuy directly to learn of their return policy. Thank you!

I’m kind of disappointed with this new model… I had the older version of these and I compare the sounds there is not much of an improvement for the price.. I expected a little more quality sound… I used them every single day all day. The only thing I see different is that comes with some type of screens hopefully they don’t get water in it…

The Shokz OpenRun conduction open ear headphones are a good idea, but for the price of $180.00 plus tax, I think it is over-priced. The sound quality is fair at best, and the volume is not very loud. I don't recommend it for the price. Price should be around $100.00 for what you are getting.

Sound is great but battery life not so good. These would get a better review if the battery life was better. I use these at work and I work 12 hour shifts. I hate the fact they need to be charged mid shift.

Sounds good. Not any better than a 50 dollar pair though :(. If the emitters stay flat on your head or is good. If you have a face that doesn't fit it. It vibrates at higher levels but no better sound. They are a novelty. But for a bit more you are at the price point of the bose or beats..... but now this out of the water

Not nearly loud enough. I had an old pair of aftershokz that were considerably better. I retumed them and bought a $20 knockoff pair frim amazon that work better
