Customers are positive about the sound quality, comfort, battery life, open-ear design, fit, bone conduction, and lightweight features of the OpenRun Pro Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Sport Headphones. They appreciate the clear and immersive sound, comfortable and secure fit, long battery life, ability to hear their surroundings, lightweight design, and innovative bone conduction technology.
On the other hand, customers are negative about the volume, bass, price, connectivity, and microphone. They feel the volume could be louder, the bass is lacking, the price is high, the connectivity is unstable, and the microphone could be improved for better call quality.

Currently own a pair of shokz titanium. Bought these hoping for upgrade. Honestly can’t tell much difference. Not enough to spend $179.99. I returned them. No issues at all, maybe slightly more comfortable but sound wise- was not impressed.

Not just for me. When I'm in the gym, they don't do so well. Don't have a sound that I'm looking for. You have to turn them up to get the sound you're looking for just don't like that vibration side my temple.

Microphone doesn’t work well. Can’t use at any speed because the microphone is on the front and picks up all the wind noise. Sound quality is tolerable. Connectivity is unstable. Will disconnect and reconnect at random. Great idea however it need improvement.

Fits very well but when you put them in high volume it vibrates to much.
Hi Roberto- Shokz here! We're sorry to hear this has been your experience. The Shokz OpenRun Pro uses bone conduction, which means it vibrates your cheekbones to transmit sound. While this is normal for bone conduction headphones, the OpenRun Pro has been designed to minimize vibrations, particularly for low frequencies. If you're experiencing excessive vibrations, we'd suggest a manual reset of the headphones. If the reset doesn't resolve the issues, all Shokz come with a 2-year warranty. Please reach out to us if you need further assistance. Thank you!

The design is the best thing about it. It will sometimes lose connections. The vibration can be bad as well.

Headphones were awesome at first. Slowly the battery life seems to be getting worse. They last for only 6 hrs and I bought the pro foe the longer life and didnt get it.
