Customers are positive about the sound quality, comfort, battery life, open-ear design, fit, bone conduction, and lightweight features of the OpenRun Pro Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Sport Headphones. They appreciate the clear and immersive sound, comfortable and secure fit, long battery life, ability to hear their surroundings, lightweight design, and innovative bone conduction technology.
On the other hand, customers are negative about the volume, bass, price, connectivity, and microphone. They feel the volume could be louder, the bass is lacking, the price is high, the connectivity is unstable, and the microphone could be improved for better call quality.

I love these headphones. They are super light, produce good sound, and allow me to hear what is going on around me. They also work great as a microphone for phone calls.

For those that can't wear ear buds, this is the solution. The most comfortable headphones ever invented. For bone conduction, the sound is just fine. I actually like the fact that I can listen to the headphones and someone else talk to me at the same time. Try that! I listen to baseball and the news anyway, but you can still rock out with these, trust me. YES, these can be worn with sunglasses, no issues. They are easy to use, easy to charge. I would say there is room for improvement where the charging cable connects to the headset. It connects fine, but the metal connections on the headphones don't have a seal or rubber cap that that protects it from sweat dripping on the metal contacts so you have to be extra careful not to charge the headphones until you make sure the contacts are dry. Now why the heck would that not have a cover when done charging one will never know? Hey Shokz! Are you listening to me? Regardless, I highly recommend these headphones.
I would recommend this to a friend

Pretty good battery life. Sound quality is very good, unless there is a lot of background noise. Also needs brand specific charger which is not disclosed anywhere on packaging. Also needs to be un-paired and re-paired when the app gets confused.

Have had them for over a year and love them. Great spund quality and run time is great. My ole lady has small ear canals and can not use normal head phone but she loves this headset. I do mechanical, security guard, and door dash never had a problem with this headset myself.
