Customers are positive about the sound quality, comfort, battery life, open-ear design, fit, bone conduction, and lightweight features of the OpenRun Pro Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Sport Headphones. They appreciate the clear and immersive sound, comfortable and secure fit, long battery life, ability to hear their surroundings, lightweight design, and innovative bone conduction technology.
On the other hand, customers are negative about the volume, bass, price, connectivity, and microphone. They feel the volume could be louder, the bass is lacking, the price is high, the connectivity is unstable, and the microphone could be improved for better call quality.

I love these headphones. I am starting to lose my hearing and these headphones are the next besr solution. I already own one pair of shokz and this my second pair. The PRO verison basically gives you more battery life and bass at the a little more of the cost and it almost worth it. I can leave my fully charged head phone in car for days and come back to it and it is still full. Highly recommend for those who wanto hear the surroundings and still listen to music.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I saw these on sale and thought why not buy them. WOW. Feels like they’re not even on. They can be surprisingly loud too, I see some reviews say they’re “good, not great” on sound, but I disagree - I think they are fantastic. Battery life is very impressive and they handle calls like nothing else. Worth their price, even more so if you can get them on sale.

I bought these headphones for my dad as a birthday gift since he is someone who works a lot with his phone and needs to be constantly on the move
They're VERY light and comfortable. The moment you put them on, you forget they're there. They don't move around (no matter how much you sweat) and the band that goes around the back of your head doesn't get caught when you turn your head, even if you're wearing a bike helmet. And even if they do happen to move a little, you don't notice because it doesn't change the audio quality or volume, and you never feel like they're at risk of coming off. They're easy to put on and take off too.
They're great for audiobooks and podcasts, which is what I use them for.
You can still hear everything that's going on around you.
Absolutely no problems fitting them with glasses or bike helmet. Again, for me, it's like they're not even there.
The volume is pretty good. You can hear the audio over MOST external noises. (More on this below.)
Solid battery life.
Good, big, actual clickable buttons. No unreliable gestures.

First I like to say I have used these headphones almost every day since I bought them. Many days for 10+ hours as I travel, walk, and ride my bike a lot. They are also the only way I talk on my phone.
The sound quality for music is good enough to be enjoyable while not missing boarding calls and vehicles or people approaching from any direction, but classical music sounds best. Call sound is better than my phone on it's own on both ends of the conversation. But do not expect studio sound. That is not what they are for.
The battery life is fantastic. I often get 12 hours straight play time in one sitting. I've used them on many 20+ hour trips.
The charge time is fantastic and I often recharge in the middle of a trip in less time than I have to nap between destinations. A portable power bank can keep you going for days without seeing a power outlet.
Though I am careful with them, traveling can be frantic and they take some abuse. I have had no technical or physical damage issues in the first 1.5 years of owning them.
They connect with Bluetooth sources quickly and with no issues that I have experienced. And the range has let me out the door and down the street without my phone several times.
These have become my every day headphones from music, to calls, to playing video games, over the several different types of in ear and over ear headphones that I wear.
If you use headphones daily, are active in life, or even just home/business life where you need to hear your surroundings (like babysitting your granddaughter), these are the best I've used.
The last notes I'd make on them is the lack of extra wind noise when riding my bike, and the fact that they don't increase the sound of tinitus from being incerted or covering your ears, if you should have that problem like I do.

This product isn't designed for everyone. I have hearing loss and other ear issues so these headphones work fine for how I use them. But my scenario is unique.
How I need to use headphones, these do the job. Audo is good. Microphone is good. I wish you could do more with it.
If you want noise canceling headphones just use earplugs while using these. It's perfect.

I really like these but a few things that are not deal killers…. At full or even high volumes people nearby can hear them and they vibrate against your head if too high a volume. I still love them. People can hear me clearly and i cam hear them. Its just streaming music that gets me a liitle down because I can’t raise the volume all the way. One other thing. Wearing them a long time will make the part that touches my skin sweat. Despite those 2 things, i still love them. I got them on a half off sale during Christmas.

Having worked in Audiology for years, it's really nice to see bone conduction technology progress to this point. Shokz has been a great result of that. Do not expect Bose-quality sound quality as these are open and provide enough sound to keep you pumped up during a workout, run, or bike ride without disrupting your awareness of surrounds and maintain safety. They are also great for long phone calls or meetings for work; great alternative to wearing in-ear bluetooth earbuds or over-ear headphones for long periods.

The best hands free device for music and phone calls. Light weight and durable Best Buy employee referred the Shokz. They are so good, I bought my wife a set for Christmas.
